Did you see this in Newsday?
A recent Moody’s report has found that “Long Island ranks fourth among major American population centers for exposure to the physical and economic risks of climate change.”
Yet we’ve seen no progress on combating climate change. Passing climate-conscious legislation to protect Long Island and updating our infrastructure to improve our roads, bridges and tunnels to withstand extreme climate events will help us tremendously in the race against time. In Congress, I will fight to protect Long Island.
Will you contribute $10 today to support our campaign and join our fight to save our communities?
