Good news, team.

I was recently endorsed by the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) Action Fund, which works to elect pro-environment candidates across the country.

LCV is one of the most important environmental groups in the nation, and I’m proud to be a part of their first round of endorsements for the 2024 cycle. Their work is about building grassroots support for candidates and policies protecting the planet. They also help hold members of Congress who vote against pro-environment measures accountable by keeping a National Environmental Scorecard.

This is critical work, especially with the impacts of climate change clearer than ever – including in IL-17. I’m eager to continue fighting alongside LCV for commonsense policies that protect the planet we call home. After all, as a former meteorologist, I’m acutely aware of the challenges we face.
