As fire season worsens, I’m very pleased to announce that I am finalizing a major, bipartisan bill with Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein of California to protect our communities from deadly wildfires.

The bipartisan bill increases active management of our national forests to enhance public safety, protect lives and our communities, and overall improve the health of our forests.
