We recently reached out to tell you about the Biden administration's unlawful use of the military to provide abortions in pro-life states and how one senator has taken a stand. True to his word, Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville has blocked Senate confirmations for high-level military promotions until the Biden administration reverses its unlawful policy of paying for servicemembers to travel out of state for abortions.

The Alabama Republican Party is standing behind Senator Tuberville with a resolution (passed with 99% support) citing grave concern with the Biden administration's disregard of the Hyde Amendment and voicing support for Tuberville's pro-life stance. The Chairman of the Alabama GOP, John Wahl, appeared on Washington Watch on Monday, saying that ". . . President Biden has forgotten the key facts of the constitution and, really, proper protocol for government."
