Create service teams to respond immediately to citizen concerns (potholes, waterlines, etc.) Economic Development -- Combine all efforts from differing groups to promote Tucson for growth. Homelessness -- Establish homeless transition centers in abandoned buildings for re-entry. Provide quick strike teams to address, relocate and clear homeless camps.
