Book publishers aren't the only ones upset with our efforts to
protect Texas children. LGBTQ+ advocates are taking Texas to
court as well, claiming SB 12 - the ban against sexually explicit
performances with children present - is somehow a violation of
their constitutional rights.

"Surely we can agree that children should be protected from
sexually explicit performances," Texas State Sen. Bryan Hughes,
the bill author, said. But sadly, the Radical Left can't even
agree with us on that.
