It feels like every day there’s another shocking headline about a hate crime.

The FBI’s most recently published annual report showed hate crimes at the highest level recorded in more than two decades with anti-Jewish hate crimes up nearly 20% from the previous year.

But since not all police precincts are required to report hate crimes to the FBI, the numbers are likely much more alarming.

Plus, ADL’s 2022 Audit of Antisemitic Incidents shows hateful attacks continuing to rise even further with antisemitic incidents, including assaults, harassment and vandalism up a staggering 36%, the highest number in nearly 45 years.

ADL is at the forefront of calling out and combatting hate aimed at Jews and other marginalized communities.
