WHAT: Gov. Justice will join officials to announce a major economic development project coming to West Virginia.

This announcement has been postponed due to the ongoing Special Session and the need for extra time to finalize essential last-minute paperwork.

In compliance with the West Virginia Open Governmental Meetings Act, the announcement will be rescheduled for next week.
