| Fellow Conservative, It’s right there on my Democrat opponent Josh Riley’s campaign website: "Josh went to Washington to serve as General Counsel to Senator Al Franken". Let me remind you, Al Franken had to resign as a U.S. Senator because of his long sordid history of sexual misconduct around women. Josh Riley is so proud of the fact that he worked for him, that he wants voters to know about it. It doesn’t end there. In return for his loyalty, Franken has allowed Josh to tap into his massive network of Leftist megadonors, even sending several fundraising emails for him. This is a district of hardworking middle-class voters who are fed up with the radical Left’s agenda. But that hasn’t stopped my opponent from tapping into the worst elements of the radical Left to fuel his campaign. It’s clear that Josh Riley is willing to turn a blind eye to sexual misconduct and the Left’s extremist agenda if that means he can bring in and raise a few more dollars from Al Franken’s rich Hollywood friends. This will be the hardest fight in the Country. Democrat leadership knows the House majority is on the line in this race, and they’ll do whatever it takes to defeat me. That’s why I’m counting on the support of honest, grassroots Conservatives like you to step up and donate so we can get our message to the voters. In 2016 the voters of NY-19 voted for President Trump by 1.8% and in 2020 they voted for Biden by just under 5%. In 2022, we won back a lot of those voters taking back this seat by just under 2%, but it came at an extremely high cost. This time around my opponent is more well-funded and the Democrats are more organized than ever. This race is essentially tied. The ONLY way we secure victory and stop Al Franken’s protégé from taking back this seat is with your support.
