** ASA’s July Policy Update Is LIVE!
------------------------------------------------------------

Latest data shows that eForm 4 transfer times have dropped from a high of 270+ days down to the current 225 days and continue to fall! This is one trend we hope to see continue as transfer times are still TOO LONG. We’re also kicking off a new monthly member giveaway. All current ASA members will be automatically entered for a chance to win a suppressor each month through the end of 2023. It’s another way we are giving back to YOU, our members, for your continued support. Lastly, ASA’s legal team has filed our response ([link removed]) to the state of Illinois in the ASA and Silencer Shop supported lawsuit Anderson v. Raoul.
