Every August, members of Congress pack their bags, leave Washington, and head to their home districts for the month. And let me tell you, everyone looks forward to the August recess. (If you’ve ever spent time in DC in the summer, then you know why!)

It’s always great to be back in NJ-11 and spend some time with my family.

And I also love getting away from the partisan disarray in Washington to reflect on what my team and I can do better in the coming months to prioritize making progress on the issues that matter most to you and your families.
