After Andy claimed that sex reassignment surgeries for minors “don't happen” in Kentucky, the University of Kentucky Clinic has now admitted they did.  

That’s right—not only did the governor veto a ban on gender reassignment surgery for MINORS, he lied about their existence.

Disgusting. 

Folks, this isn’t the kind of governor Kentucky deserves.
