Dear friend,

In a few hours, we'll close out our second public FEC fundraising report for the year, which will be used to judge our campaign's standing. That's why this upcoming deadline is so important.

Tomorrow, we'll update Senator Coons to go over the numbers, and we hope to give him some good news.

We have a lot of work to do before 2020, and Chris knows he can't do it on his own, so will you do your part by chipping in $5 or more to help him meet his end-of-quarter fundraising goal?

Subject: We can't take it for granted, friend

Dear friend,

Last week, President Trump kicked off his re-election campaign, doubled down on his divisive agenda and even made a new threat to deport millions of immigrants.

Now, President Trump is not only raising a record-breaking amount of money to fund his campaign, but is leading Republican candidates on the campaign trail in defense of a record that has taken our country off course.

With Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and their allies attempting to pack the federal courts with extreme, right-wing judges, roll back crucial environmental protections, and repeal the Affordable Care Act, it's more important than ever that we put our country back on the right track.

We can't take this election for granted because there is simply too much at stake for Delaware and our country. Will you chip in $5 or more right now to help me start this campaign off strong and keep standing up to Trump's divisive agenda in the Senate?
