It strengthens our democracy when everyone—regardless of race, income or geography—can participate easily.

Here's what we know based on the election results so far: The vast majority of candidates in contested primaries who took bold positions on environmental justice and earned the endorsement of Washington Conservation Action [[link removed]] were the clear winners.

Thank you for voting in the Washington primary election. Thank you for the time and energy you put into making sure your friends and family cast their ballots for bold progress on the environment and the wellbeing of our communities.

Your vote in the primary election is critical to increase the representation of marginalize communities and to elect environmental champions. With your help, we look forward to historic wins in the November 7 election!
