Technical Service Providers, (TSPs for short), are certified workers who help people understand and use federal climate-smart agriculture and conservation programs.

This bill would increase the number of TSPs in the U.S., making it easier for farmers and forest-owners to take advantage of federal conservation programs that keep their land resilient and healthy.
