Some of the more worn out roads and pavements have been re-surfaced with more works due. The replacement of speed cushions with more familiar road humps along Wilford Grove has been welcomed.
The project will also provide 16 or more larger bins to replace existing bins where usage is high - let us know where you'd like to see the bigger bins.
We also have the chance to replace tree stumps with new trees - let us know of a tree stump you'd like to see replaced with a tree.
A new wildlife garden with pond has been provide as part of the renewal of The Memorial, its Gardens and the Queen Victoria statue.Â
1881 cafe now runs from by the suspension bridge and Nottingham City Council is planning to use ÂŁ544,000 in funds from various sources including Section 106 contributions, the Levelling Up fund and a National Lottery Heritage Fund application to replace the Paddling Pool, and add splash and other facilities.Â
The new Paddling Pool should be complete by Easter 2024.Â
The local street camera network is being extended and has already helped Greenfields school and reduced tipping in the Old Meadows.
This is backing up the efforts of people who report anti-social behaviour and tipping in their local streets - thank you.Â
And thanks too to all the volunteers helping to keep streets clean.

Free puppet show! By Jellyfish Theatre - very popular when they came last year. This year, the famous story "Jungle Book", at Queens Walk Rec; tomorrow (9th), food from 3pm, theatre starting at 4pm. All welcome.Â
