John, An organization like ours has to keep an eye on all the wild and often depressing news coming out of D.C. each day. But we continue to remain hopeful for 2020, because frankly, what’s the alternative? If we all throw in the towel, who will fight for everyday, hard-working people? And who will work day and night to support all the amazing progressive candidates who have put themselves out there to fight for their communities and our nation? We drive ourselves against the odds to help our candidates fight in tough races across the country because we know that if people are given a real choice in who represents them, they will choose someone who looks like them, has struggled like them, and who understands them. Right now, we are gearing up for several March primary elections.
