Coming Tuesday: New International Population Estimates and Projections
On Tuesday, August 8, the Census Bureau will release new population estimates and projections and other demographic data up to the year 2100 for 40 countries and areas in the International Database.
The current update incorporates new data from censuses, surveys and administrative records, and updated analyses based on those data.
Thursday: 2022 Geographic Mobility Data from the Current Population Survey
On Thursday, August 10, the Census Bureau will release new geographic mobility and migration estimates for the nation and regions in 2022. These new statistics come from the 2022 Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplement.
The 1-year table package will include detailed information about types of moves from one location of residence to another during the previous year, characteristics of people who moved, and the main reason(s) for moving.

Federal Economic Statistics Advisory Committee Recruiting New Members
The Federal Economic Statistics Advisory Committee (FESAC) is recruiting new members to join the committee. FESAC advises the Bureau of Economic Analysis, Census Bureau, and Bureau of Labor Statistics on statistical methodology and other technical matters related to the design, collection, tabulation, and analysis of federal economic statistics.
Individuals will be selected based on their expertise in or representation of specific areas as needed by FESAC.
