Bishop, who rose to prominence by pushing North Carolina’s disastrous so-called “bathroom bill” and who voted to overturn the 2020 election, is an out-of-touch politician who’s not aligned with North Carolina’s values.

The North Carolina election to fill AG Josh Stein’s open seat is expected to be highly competitive — and we’ll need a lot of resources to defeat extremist candidates like Dan Bishop and their far-right agendas.
