Morgan Jericho

Morgan Jericho is the new Management Analyst at ODHH. They hold a master?s degree in Global Sustainability from Gallaudet University.?

Morgan's focus is on entrepreneurship, analysis, and innovation. Their experience as an Associate Sustainability Coordinator at Gallaudet, and knowledge from working with other national and local organizations are transitioning to support ODHH's growth.?

Morgan is a Florida native with a keen love for water and nature.?

Hope Crumley

Hope Crumley, M.S., C.R.C, is the new Case Management Field Supervisor at ODHH. She holds a master?s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale; and became a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in 2004.

Hope?s focus is assessment and creation of service and delivery programs. Her experience as a Rehabilitation Counselor for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Missouri and Oklahoma, and as Program Manager of Oklahoma Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, will transition to supporting ODHH Case Management services. ?

She shares that her leadership style allows her teams to find a health work/life balance. In her time off, she is bossed around by her two dogs and two cats, enjoys studying and teaching yoga, nerds out on all things sci-fi, and loves exploring the PNW outdoors with her spouse and 3 kids.?

Hope starts August 14, 2023

Jonah Thompson

Jonah Thompson is the new Case Manager Team Lead at ODHH. He holds a bachelor?s degree in Child Development from California State University, Northridge; and a master?s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from Western Oregon University.

Jonah?s focus is on collaboration and empowering his clients. His experience at Home Start, Washington School for the Deaf, and as a Rehabilitation Counselor at the SeaTac and Kent offices will transition to supporting Case Management services.

Jonah is a Washington native. In his time off, he loves the ocean, hiking, and going to open houses in the weekends.

Jonah starts August 14, 2023

The Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH) provides programs and services for Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Hard of Hearing, Late Deafened, and Speech Disabled individuals, their families, and service providers in Washington State. ODHH works to ensure that services and resources are accessible and inclusive to all Washingtonians.

*What We Do*
ODHH operates under the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and is entrusted with fulfilling its legislative mandate outlined in RCW 43.20A.725.
ODHH?s work includes:

Advocacy: ODHH advocates for the rights, interests, and needs of individuals who are Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf Disabled, Hard of Hearing, Late Deafened, and Speech Disabled. The Office works to eliminate communication barriers and promote equal opportunities in various service areas, including training, consultation, contract management, information and referrals, and resources to promote communication equity.

Coordination: ODHH is a centralized resource. The Office collaborates with governmental, business, and community stakeholders to develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that address and ensure that state services and resources are accessible and inclusive to all Washingtonians.
