The former occupant of the White House was just indicted by the Department of Justice – AGAIN. These latest federal charges are a result of his attempt to interfere in the 2020 presidential election, including inciting the violent insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 and trying to steal votes — an unprecedented assault on our democracy.
Donald Trump abandoned his oath of office and conspired to overthrow the results of an election in broad daylight — and yet, he’s currently the leading 2024 GOP presidential candidate.
Ayanna knows we cannot allow Trump to successfully run for president again. To defend our democracy and prevent future attacks, he must be held fully accountable for the harm that he’s caused.
