Heritage Fights for Hunter Biden Whistleblowers |
Rotten: Hunter Biden’s lawyers are using the same dubious tactics to pull their case back together after it fell apart two weeks ago. Now, they’re trying to seal information relevant to the case, especially the damning testimony of two IRS whistleblowers included in Heritage’s amicus brief.
- Our lawyer called Biden’s request to seal the brief “absurd and frivolous.”
- Hunter Biden’s lawyers “want our brief taken down for using their testimony, but we will not sit back and let this attack on the whistleblowers proceed,” said Mike Howell, director of Heritage’s Oversight Project.
