Rescind Boil Water Notification City of Harker Heights PWS 0140023 The August 4, 2023 Boil Water Order has been lifted for the following areas:
2002 thru 2020 Caribou Trail 505 thru 515 Llama Trail 506 thru 514 Kudu Trail 506 thru 513 Impala Trail 403,501,502 and 504 Pioneer Trail 2019 Ocelot Trail 2101 Ocelot Circle 2100 and 2101 Grizzly Trail Normal water usage may resume immediately. Service has been restored, and all water quality tests have been completed. The water is now safe to drink and use without boiling. TCEQ Required Notice On August 4, 2023 the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the City of Harker Heights public water system, PWS ID #0140023, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory tests results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of August 6, 2023.
