Congresswoman Tenney’s Statement on the latest indictment of President Trump
Let me be clear. Americans are not fooled by the latest set of politically motivated charges concocted against President Trump by Biden’s corrupt Department of Justice, led by dirty cop AG Merrick Garland, and spearheaded by the Biden Crime Family’s attack dog, Jack Smith. Instead, Americans see the indictment for what it is: yet another shameful abuse of our criminal justice system and further illustration of why our fellow citizens have lost faith in our institutions. The timing of the charges is not coincidental.
It’s a transparent, calculated, and desperate attempt to prevent Americans from learning the truth: Joe Biden has been caught running a criminal influence peddling, money laundering and bribery enterprise using his troubled son as a proxy to enrich himself and his family. Period. This latest weaponization of our government and gross overreach of power is election interference. This stunt can now be placed alongside similar nefarious antics: the Russia Collusion Hoax, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, January 6 committee show trial, phony Mar-a-Lago boxes hoax and Alvin Bragg’s phony charges.
The entire enterprise reeks of conspiracy and a potential violation of Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Influences Act (RICO). Devon Archer’s damning testimony to the House Oversight Committee on the Biden Family should have been a day to cause Biden’s co-conspirators to do some soul searching and put country first once and for all. Instead, these same individuals continue to serve the Biden brand, whatever the cost. Not only are these legal gymnastics a complete violation of equal justice under the law, President Trump’s First Amendment rights and an attempt to interfere in the 2024 election but a truly dangerous precedent for our justice system has been set.

Tenney Announces Three Grants Bringing Over $5 Million
to NY-24
This week, our office announced three significant grants that will bring over $5 million dollars of much-needed funding to NY-24. I have always been a tenacious advocate for these programs on behalf of our communities and am thrilled to see our hard-earned tax money returned back home. These grants include the Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program Award, which allocates $85,754.54 to the City of Watertown, and $30,368.18 to the City of Auburn. This grant program will help to enhance the capabilities of fire departments in both cities. The funds will be used to bolster fire and medical response capacities, ensuring the safety of emergency personnel and the public.
We also secured funding for the Head Start and Early Head Start Award, which brought in $5 million for Cayuga and Seneca Community Action Agency. This grant will help empower and strengthen early education initiatives within the community.
So far, we’ve worked tirelessly assisting constituents across NY-24 to secure over $10 million in Federal Grants! For those seeking information or assistance applying for Federal Grants, please contact our office or view our website here for additional information or assistance.

Are you planning to travel to our nation's capital this summer? My team would love to assist you in planning tours of some of our nation's greatest monuments!
Tours of the Capitol Building are fully reopened Monday-Saturday. While the White House requires 21 days' minimum notice to accommodate any tour requests. Availability for both of these tours are extremely limited. I urge you to reach out to my office as soon as possible regarding all future tour requests. You can do so by accessing my tour request portal here.
While my office may be unable to secure a tour for all the sites you have selected, given the high demand and currently limited availability, there are a number of locations that remain available for public tours. I urge you to visit house.gov for more information regarding these opportunities. Such locations include the Supreme Court and the National Archives, which you can view here and here. You can also register to receive your very own library card through the Library of Congress, which you can do here. I would also suggest you contact your U.S. Senators, as they, too can accommodate tour requests.
Rest assured that my office will do all it can to accommodate as many requests as possible. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and wish all visitors a safe and pleasant trip to Washington, D.C.
