Get ready for the March for Life later this year... View in Browser Thank you for joining us! It was such a pleasure to see everyone who came to our "Go Local" training event in Berrien county this past weekend. We got to hear from several servant-leaders of Michigan who offered amazing tools and advice for how to make a difference in our local communities. Thanks for joining us! Stay tuned! We plan to bring "Go Local" to other areas of Michigan soon. Protect Life Protest Join Protect Life Michigan and others to protest Walgreens in East Lansing on Saturday, August 5th at 11am. CLICK HERE to sign up! Perhaps you're asking, "Why protest Walgreens?" Sadly, they're one of the Big 3 pharmacies that plan to sell the abortion pill. When they get approved, Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid will be killing babies up to 12 weeks old. The places we get our medicine will become the nation's largest abortion providers! This isn't just Plan B–it is so terrible and violent. Educate yourself with this quick video about the abortion pill. We believe we have a responsibility to make sure these companies know we oppose this. Hundreds of people have already taken action. Will you? No one will speak for the unborn (or their mothers) if we don't. Please give up an hour of your summer to join us for this important peaceful protest. Make your voice heard. Sign Up Here When: Saturday, August 5th, 11am Where: Walgreens, 100 W. Grand River Ave, East Lansing, MI 48823 What to Expect: This is a peaceful protest. We'll be standing outside Walgreens, holding signs, and handing out information to people walking by. Action Alert: Pro-Life Budget Provision Pro-life members of the House of Representatives are advancing strong legislation that pushes back against the Biden administration’s attacks on the family, including one provision in the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration funding bill (H.R. 4368) that would nullify the FDA’s negligent decision to subject mothers to obtaining the off-label chemical abortion pill, mifepristone, by mail, without ever seeing a physician in person to (for example) rule out ectopic pregnancy (which will be life-threatening if combined with chemical abortion) or to determine the gestational age of the unborn child. Not only does this move by the FDA further the killing of unborn children, but it is also highly dangerous for mothers. Will you send a message to Rep. Scholten now, urging her to support this pro-life provision? Click Here to Take Action Join the Michigan March for Life Nov 8th – Save the Date!
