Rogers Lake Park
Stop by for a cup of coffee and visit with Council Members Sally Lorberbaum and Jay Miller. This event is an opportunity to interact with elected officials in an informal setting.

Mattress and Box Spring Recycling
Mattresses can be dangerous to the environment when they are thrown in landfills. They create flammable air pockets and also can absorb hazardous chemicals that are harmful to the earth. Also, mattresses are not biodegradable and take up a major amount of landfill area.
Mendota Heights residents are invited to recycle old/unwanted mattresses on Saturday, Aug. 19.

Aquatic Invasive Species
Aquatic Invasive Species harm our local lakes, rivers, and other water bodies by out-competing native vegetation that provide food and habitat for fish and other wildlife. They also often form thick mats and colonies that inhibit recreation.
