That’s the exact same amount that Senate Republicans raised via their campaign arm, the NRSC, in the first half of this year. They are raking in money from corporate special interests that want to undo the progress Democrats have made.

These are massive sums. They have the resources to get involved in any race they want — including Chris Murphy’s reelection in Connecticut. If they think there’s even a small chance to beat us and flip this seat, they will pour in massive sums of money to try to buy this seat.
