Republican legislators have FAILED to do their jobs and pass a budget for NC.

Not only does this delay hold up critical funds for raises for hardworking state employees, but it has also jammed up our Medicaid Expansion deal, denying hundreds of thousands of North Carolinians of their care!

Even though the GOP has a one-seat supermajority in both chambers of the General Assembly, they’ve struggled to come to an agreement within their own party.

Meanwhile, NC tax dollars are being squandered on keeping the gridlocked Assembly in session.
