August 3, 2023 ? 80007-49-WP-23 (Record No. 17313) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Amended Application of Vista West Water Company (Vista West) to pass on a water commodity cost increase of $0.57 per 1,000 gallons to its customers, and an increase in its deferred water cost of $0.78 per 1,000 gallons, for a net increase of $1.35 per 1,000 gallons, effective for usage on and after July 1, 2023. The proposed change is due to an increase in the wholesale costs paid by Vista West for water to the City of Casper, and an increase in the amortization rate of its established Commodity Balancing Account.
