A few weeks ago, I wrote to you asking if you’d support my bill to protect the right of women to cross state lines to seek abortion care. 1,831 of you added your name to the petition to back my Freedom to Travel for Health Care Act – that’s the highest amount of submissions we’ve seen on a petition this entire year – and I’m grateful for your support.

While the Constitution provides the right to cross state lines, we can’t rely on the right-wing justices of the Supreme Court who overturned Roe v. Wade to uphold it. The Court has been captured by far-right forces that are imposing an extreme agenda on the American people.

I’m asking if you can chip in $5 to support my re-election campaign so I can continue my work in the Senate to protect the right of women to access reproductive health care.

We need to fight back against the radical right’s attack on reproductive freedom. I’m taking every step I can to safeguard women’s reproductive rights. If we grow our Democratic Senate majority, we will finally be able to codify Roe into law.
