Last Friday, we filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice regarding the Internal Revenue Service investigation of Hunter Biden.

Evidence shows that the Justice Department obstructed this IRS criminal investigation, which also implicated President Joe Biden!

The Biden administration is doing all it can to spare President Biden’s son from punishment for his crimes and any further damaging revelations about his sleazy overseas influence-peddling schemes which may have enriched his father, and endangered our national security. 

And on top of that scandal, the Justice Department has been violating federal FOIA law by stonewalling Judicial Watch’s lawful open records requests to access IRS records related to that investigation…records that the American people have a right to see.

Stunning recent testimony by two IRS whistleblowers before the House Oversight Committee detailed how the Garland Justice Department obstructed their criminal investigation of Hunter Biden and other members of the Biden family, including the president.

This testimony occurred shortly before a judge in Delaware refused to accept a sweetheart plea deal brokered by Hunter Biden’s lawyers and the Justice Department…and no wonder!

As one of the IRS whistleblowers, Joseph Ziegler, testified before the Oversight Committee:

“If the Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss followed DOJ policy as he stated in his most recent letter, Hunter Biden should have been charged with a tax felony, and not only the tax misdemeanor charge. We need to treat each taxpayer equally under the law.

This is a textbook case of the liberal Washington Establishment protecting one of its own…and it is also more evidence of wrongdoing by the Biden family, trading on Joe Biden’s office and influence.
