re:power’s Women of Color Leadership Cohort is a 10-week cohort experience curated specifically by and for self-identifying women of color (WoC), with learning spaces designed to amplify the unique leadership abilities within women of color while building connections and continued growth. This cohort experience focuses heavily on heart work—an intentional focus on personal development of women of color mentally and emotionally—addressing participants' holistic needs to step into authentic liberated leadership.

Our amazing inaugural WoC Leadership Cohort!
APPLY TO OUR WOC LEADERSHIP COHORT [[link removed]]
Participants of our WoC Leadership Cohort will cultivate a national network of WoC leaders; develop skills in management, strategy, media, and funding practices; and practice centering their intersectional identities as leaders, managers, and organizers. The experience will culminate in a transition to coaching, mentoring, and joining re:power’s alumni network.
The cohort experience will begin with a two-day in-person convening in Baltimore, MD on September 12 and will then transition to weekly virtual sessions from September 21 through November 9. The cohort will culminate with an in-person convening in Durham, NC on November 14 through November 16.
