USMC VETERAN STEVE LUCAS SHARES HIS STORY

After 30 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps,
the transition from the military to civilian life was difficult for retired Lieutenant Colonel Steve Lucas.

His struggle to find purpose, understand the source of his chronic pain and manage his emotions and anxiety led him to a point where he knew he needed help.

As a participant in our Health & Wellness Program, Steve shares how his individualized care plan targeted issues he didn’t know he had, allowed him to understand his body and mind and has drastically improved both his physical and mental health.
