In 2022, your support.

• Prevented 13.3 million unintended pregnancies
• Averted 30,800 maternal deaths
• Protected more than 100,000 girls from female genital mutilation
• Supported 1.4 million safe deliveries in humanitarian emergencies
• Reached 6.4 million marginalized girls with life skills education sessions
• Distributed more than 1 billion condoms

Thanks to your gifts, we made significant progress in 2022 to ensure every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe, and every woman and girl can live free from violence.

But needs are emerging around the world — in Ukraine, where women are still giving birth during war, in Sudan, where conflict has displaced millions, and across the Horn of Africa where famine looms amidst record-breaking drought.

Our response must match the needs of women and girls in crisis, whose needs are too often overlooked and ignored. Millions are counting on your continued support.
