On Tuesday evening, Donald Trump was indicted – yet again – this time in relation to efforts to overturn the 2020 election and block the transfer of power on Jan. 6, 2021.
No one in America is above the law, and this proves it.
As the pressure ratchets up on the Republican Party's favorite third-rate dictator, their efforts to distract the public will only increase. They claim Democrats are “weaponizing the government” but it is Republicans who keep using the government to protect Trump and send him back to the White House.
Trump will have his day in court. That’s how our system works. But, MAGA Republicans are already undermining our judicial system and it will only get worse. We must fight back. Chip in now and support me in my efforts to hold them accountable.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has outlined an extremely detailed case, and Trump will go through the same judicial steps as any other American would under similar circumstances.
