Friends — Over the past months, we’ve seen a scandal of historic proportions unfold before us on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Justice Clarence Thomas’ blatant disregard for judicial ethics and the public trust has exposed the GOP’s corruption and further eroded the legitimacy of the Court. He has used his position to enrich himself and his family while leaving American citizens in the dark. It’s unacceptable, and we’re calling on him to resign.

As Justice Thomas helped lead our country down a dangerous path of judicial far-right extremism, he was accepting tens of millions of dollars of undisclosed compensation — in the form of gifts, lavish vacations, private retreats, home improvements, and even private school tuition — from a high profile Republican mega-donor.

Ed will use his seat in the Senate to do everything he can to hold Justice Thomas and the entire Court accountable for this oversight. But in the meantime, it’s up to us to make it clear that a strong majority of the public is sick of this kind of corruption and unethical behavior from the highest court in our nation.

Join us in calling for Clarence Thomas’ resignation by adding your name to our petition today. We’re looking to get 10,000 more signatures by the end of the day: [[link removed]]

It’s time for us to say enough is enough. Clarence Thomas has got to go.
