Friends,
Territories like the U.S. Virgin Islands do not have full voting rights. We pay just as many taxes, but we do not get any electoral votes, no Senators, and only one member of Congress who can only vote in committees and on amendments.
This is disenfranchisement, plain and simple. We are not second-class citizens and we deserve the same rights and access to services as our fellow citizens in the other 50 states.
