Jack - This is UNBELIEVABLE. Justice Alito told the Wall Street Journal that he and the Supreme Court are above the law. He claimed that Congress has no authority to regulate the Supreme Court. Maybe he forgot about Article III, Section I of the constitution??
Justice Alito is just plain WRONG. And we need to show overwhelming support for ethics reforms for the Supreme Court. |
