Yesterday, Indiana’s law that would protect pre-born babies was set to go into effect. A last-minute appeal filed by the ACLU, a radical far-left organization, has temporarily blocked the law – all at the expense of Hoosier taxpayers. I believe that strong families are the foundation of a healthy society which is why I have always supported legislation that protects the unborn. We cannot allow the liberal left to upend the legal process.
Indiana state lawmakers passed a bill that was signed into law that protects the unborn, and as soon as it was taking effect, the left decided to make a move. If they did not agree, they had ample opportunity to fight back BEFORE it was signed into a law. |
