LCB Action: Alcohol Related Rulemaking ? 2023 Legislation Proposed Rules Filed
On August 2, 2023, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:

The Board approved a rule proposal (CR 102) to implement legislation passed during the 2023 legislative session, specifically, Engrossed Substitute House Bill (ESHB) 1731 (chapter 257, Laws of 2023) which created a permit allowing short term rental operators to provide complimentary bottles of wine to renters 21 years of age and older so long as several conditions are met, and allows permit holders to obtain wine directly from wine distributors.
