Here’s the deal: Pro-choice advocates in Ohio have gathered more than half a million petition signatures, and now Ohio voters will have the chance to enshrine abortion rights in the state’s constitution in November.

Here’s the problem: Anti-choice extremists are holding a special election next week to try to increase the threshold needed to pass constitutional amendments from 50% to 60% to make it more difficult to protect abortion access in November.
