Friend, last night I joined Laura Ingraham on Fox News to talk about the latest indictment of former President Trump.
If you missed it, here’s what I said: “It seems like something you’d get from an MSNBC producer for a special.” Three more things:
1. Every action the indictment says former President Trump engaged in is constitutionally protected.
2. Jack Smith — the prosecutor — is an ideological zealot. It’s telling that Merrick Garland chose him to go after Donald Trump.
3. Finally, every time a Republican has won a presidential election in this century, Democrats have tried to stop the certification. None of them faced criminal charges.
Joe Biden has turned the Department of Justice into the enforcement arm of the Democrat Party.
This is taking us into third world, banana republic territory — and it’s not just former President Trump. Biden’s DOJ targets parents at school board meetings, pro-life activists, and Catholics attending mass.

If we are going to stop this rogue DOJ, protect free speech, and end the two-tiered justice system… we must beat the Marxist Left at the ballot box. Period.
