Donald Trump has FINALLY been indicted for trying to overturn the 2020 election! I was on the floor of the House on Janaury 6th when a mob, fueled by Donald Trump's lies and vitriol, stormed the Capitol. That day was among the darkest in our nation's history. Now, the process of holding Donald Trump accountable for his heinous crimes begins. 

A man who has been indicted three times, and who lost a civil suit for sexual assault, should not be allowed within 10 miles of the Oval Office. But today, he's the front-runner for the Republican nomination. And we've seen a pattern with his previous two indictments: they were his single best fundraising days of the year.

That's why Democrats need to fight back and make sure we have the resources we need to defeat Donald Trump, and every single one of his criminal Republican enablers, at the ballot box in November.
