The starting salary is 18,426 (Level One) rising to 18,795 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sport and Leisure Team as a Customer Advisor. Are you a highly motivated people person with a passion for customer service. Do you thrive in an environment working towards and achieving sales targets ?, if so we want to hear from you. Members of our team have a can do attitude and always look to go out of their way to enhance the customer experience and give everyone of our customers an exceptional experience and service. As part of the team you will be trained to sell our great value membership packages to customers advising them on which product will offer them the best value for money. The role will involve a number of administrative tasks and good organisational and multitasking skills are essential.

We are looking for someone with a passion for providing great customer service and the ability to manage each customer as an individual selling the variety of services that we provide. You will have good IT skills and whilst a background in Sport is not essential being a good team player and the ability to manage a varied workload is a must for our already thriving team. Are you a fully qualified EHRB or charted EHP with housing and HHSRS experience, or are you nearing graduation and working towards a full qualification and registration?

The centre provides both one to one support for citizens and also activities in a group setting, to encourage and maintain independence for citizens.* ** *Job Purpose* Care Workers at Level 1 implement Care Plans and report any concerns or reasons care plans cannot be followed, as well as monitoring care and welfare of citizens, recording accurate information on running records, communication books, care plans monitoring charts (e.g. weight monitoring, falls, etc.) and other written and electronic communications as required. Care Workers at Level 1 are also expected to work and cooperate with other professionals, as well as citizens and their meaningful others, to ensure a shared approach to care and support and continuity of care and treatment. *ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:*
* Implementation of Care Plans and contribution to running records and daily monitoring forms;
* Ability to encourage and support citizens to achieve and/or maintain maximum independence, and to maintain contact with friends, family and community;
* Knowledge and understanding of the rights, needs and feelings of vulnerable adults from diverse social and cultural backgrounds;
* Ability to follow all instructions, policies, procedures and guidelines.
