Fact: Climate change is changing global weather, affecting our Earth for a long time.

Remember when our Abuelita would go outside and tend to her plants daily? Those were the times when weather conditions were more predictable, and we could enjoy the beauty of nature without worrying too much.

Fact: Climate change can last for a long time, a decade, or even millions of years.

Remember when people still liked to hang their freshly washed laundry on a clothesline and let a gentle breeze dry them? We didn't realize that these simple acts were part of a sustainable lifestyle that helped maintain a stable climate.

Fact: The Earth's temperature is rising as we create and release more emissions into the air.

Remember when our seasons still meant weather changes, but they weren't as extreme—hotter, colder, wetter, or drier—as we see now? Climate change has disrupted the harmony of nature, leading to more intense and unpredictable weather patterns.

Fact: Climate change is caused by cycles in nature and by what we humans do.

Remember when summer meant long, lazy days outdoors in warmer but still bearable temperatures? Nowadays, the external factors we contribute, like pollution and deforestation, have disrupted the natural balance, making it harder to enjoy the simple pleasures of summer.

Fact: Climate change is happening faster because human activity adds to nature's cycle.

Remember when summer didn't mean spending the entire day indoors because of searing temperatures? Our actions have consequences, and the external factors we introduce into the environment make it increasingly challenging to enjoy the outdoors.

Fact: Climate change is a fact as we see temperatures trending warmer in the past 100 years.

Remember when our ancestors experienced milder weather conditions? Today's changes are part of a more significant trend, with the world gradually becoming warmer.
