Happy Colorado Day!

Not that we need an excuse to celebrate, but today marks Colorado’s 147th birthday. I am proud to call this state home every day.

I’m looking forward to spending time this summer hearing from everyday Coloradans on what issues are most important to them. But before my team and I hit the road, I have a request:

After a long day of traveling and meeting Coloradans, one of my favorite things to do is enjoy a good meal from a local restaurant.

Colorado is home to some incredible eats: We have breakfast burritos filled with Pueblo green chile (the best green chile), BBQ made with meat sourced from our farmers, Rocky Mountain oysters, and all the craft beer and whiskey you can imagine.

With so many great restaurants, I’m hoping you can help us narrow down our list.
