Despite all our progress, people are still being criminalized and harmed. Marijuana possession remains one of the most commonly arrested offenses in the country. People face severe penalties because the government has failed to end marijuana prohibition at the federal level. And within the marijuana industry, big businesses are putting profits over people.

DPA is working to remedy these issues by ensuring marijuana policy reform centers health, justice, equity, and community reinvestment.
