By creating your will, you’re not only creating an essential document—you’re protecting loved ones, your legacy, and your peace of mind.

We know that lack of estate planning documentation is leveraged by institutions and individuals to further discriminate against queer and trans folks.

We've partnered with FreeWill to offer our TLC community a simple, no-cost way to update or create a legal will. With this tool, you’ll get lifetime access to make updates and changes to your plan, also at no cost.
