What they want is simple: a union contact that maintains

We’ve emailed IFF CEO Frank Clayburn demanding company negotiators get back to the table to settle this strike. But he has turned a deaf ear to workers’ cry for fairness.
Now we are sending the same message to members of the IFF Board of Directors: tell company negotiators to negotiate a fair contract that rewards workers for their hard work and dedication by preserving benefits and overtime pay.
