During my campaign, I saw "mama bears" out in full force - defending their kids, individual rights, health freedom and parental choice. I'm extremely disturbed at the recent push to paint these moms as extremists. That's what the media now seems to be pushing. Moms and dads are continuing to stand up. Their voices must be amplified more than ever; but instead our media is trying alienate them, by labeling them as "conspiracy theorists" and "extremists." These dismissive labels have no place in our cultural and political discourse. We must continue to speak out.
